Description

 Researching and developing outreach and engagement plans to hire quality Principals
 Facilitating TCF Regions to conduct strong outreach for quality Principals and ensuring strong follow up and tracking of outreach activities
 Tracking Principal vacancies and coordinating with Regions to ensure Principal vacancies are filled in a timely manner (including two bulk hiring cycles in the year)
 Coordinating and assisting in the conduct of Assessment Centre for quality Principals
 Coordinating with regions and designated panel members to ensure timely hiring of quality Principals
 Ensuring timely completion, maintenance and quality of Assessment Centre data through online trackers
 Ensuring Principal selection dashboards are regularly updated and shared with Regions based on tracker data to improve performance
 Ensuring clear improvement strategies are identified using Principal selection dashboards as the main performance indicator tool
 Liaising with Regions to ensure newly inducted Principals go through a job shadowing program and ensuring rigorous follow up and tracking
 Liaising with Regions to ensure newly inducted Principals go through a rigorous confirmation process and ensuring regular follow up to ensure Principals are timely confirmed
 Ensuring smooth facilitation and implementation of the Principal appraisal process including development of performance improvement plans
 Ensuring clear target setting for all Principals and managing
automation of the Principal targets
 Designing a Principal training program to be conducted throughout
the Regions
 Ensuring strong record keeping for Principals

Education

Bachelors from an accredited institution

Experience

At least 1 year of working experience

Required Skills

 Proficiency in using computer (MS Office (especially excel), Internet etc.)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent coordination skills
 Strong analytical ability & good attention to detail
 Ability to meet deadlines
 Ability to multi-task
 Ability to lead and navigate
