We are actively searching for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Analytics to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, the chosen candidate will be instrumental in supporting our organization's data management and analytics initiatives. They will contribute to maintaining robust data structures, upholding data management standards, and extracting meaningful insights from data collected across various development and partnership teams. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Conducting weekly and monthly data analysis and presenting insightful reports.
• Developing new reports to extract meaningful insights.
• Creating interactive Power BI dashboards for effective data visualization.
• Ensuring adherence to robust data structures and data management standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and providing actionable insights.
• Leading initiatives to enhance data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
• Staying ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advancements in data analytics.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, database design, and management.
• Programming skills for database management using SQL.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and curiosity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective collaboration within and across teams.

A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline is required.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience in data analysis in a medium-to-large enterprise.
Prior experience in the education sector will be a plus point.
