TCF and KFC Join Hands for the Mitao Bhook Campaign

KFC Pakistan under the “Mitao Bhook” umbrella, announced the third initiative with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) at a press conference held on 26th March, 2015. The event was held at the TCF School.
KFC in collaboration with The Citizens Foundation launched a campaign in which they introduced their TCF BUCKET. PKR 50 from every TCF Bucket bought at KFC will be donated to the The Citizens Foundation. KFC Mitao Bhook aims to connect with the citizens of Pakistan on an emotional level. Contributing to society’s wellbeing has been the key responsibility, and giving people a chance to give back every time they have a meal at KFC will not only enforce a positive environment but uphold their trust in KFC as a brand that wants to give back to society.
The opening ceremony started off with the speech of Mr. Nigel Belton – CEO KFC Pakistan where he talked about the ventures KFC did in the past with SOS Village and Deaf Reach, KFC’s campaigns which were spread wide across social media for being instrumental in making Mitao Bhook campaigns the success, followed by Mr. Ateed Riaz founder Director TCF who praised KFC’s initiative and the efforts that are being made to uplift the community.
TCF is one of Pakistan’s leading organizations in the field of formal education for less privileged children. It has established more than 1000 purpose-built school units in rural areas and urban slums with an enrollment of 145,000 students. The vision is to remove barriers of class and privilege to make the citizens of Pakistan agents of positive change.
