Originates and leads HR practices that provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment; and recruitment and ongoing development of a superior work force.

  • Manage and administer the recruitment and selection process in order to attract the right candidates for all TCF Head Office, Regional Office and Area Offices
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Responsible for managing all communication from Office HR
  • Review, revise and develop policies as required and ensure implementation of all policies
  • Design and conduct all activities for Performance Management Appraisal for Head Office, Regional Office and Area Office
  • Devise and implement employee recognition strategies
  • Plan, organize training needs analysis and find training partners for Head Office and Regional Office
  • Manage attrition and develop retention strategies for all management employees
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget for Human Resource
  • Organize events to build team cohesion, collaboration
  • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys at regular intervals
  • Take part in HR surveys and activities

Required Skills

  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders/third parties
  • Ability to effectively lead and coach a team
  • Ability to build effective relationships with other teams within HR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office


Master’s degree preferably MBA from an accredited university.


At least 6 years of experience in HR management with at least 3 years as Team Lead
