    » Quality of Education: Ensures that the school continues to deliver the best quality of education. Rigorously monitors quality indicators on the dashboard particularly internal and external assessment data, and reviews, ratifies and provides guidance where needed in the school management and improvement plans. Moreover, plans for additional remediation for underperforming schools.

    » School Visits and Principal Meetings: Aim to visit each school at least once every 2 months and update the School Visit Form in the School Management App. Moreover, organize monthly meetings with all principals and CMs.

    » Resource Management: Communicates requirements of schools to various departments while acting as a bridge between the center and the schools. This includes furniture, utilities, engineering and maintenance, supply chain and IT requirements.

    » Data Management: Manage all data related to schools administration and management, and utilize the data in making effective decisions related to school improvement.

    » Training of Principals: Support the Cluster Manager and the Education Expert in the professional development and on-the-job support to principals.

    » Access: Ensures that the schools provide an environment conducive to learning. This means ensuring that the infrastructure of the school is well-maintained, utilities and facilities are readily available.

    » Stakeholder Liaison: Builds a strong relationship with the government partners and community leaders to leverage their support and guidance in effective management of schools.

    » Financial Management: Works with the Finance Manager to for effective management of budget and all funds mobilized at the school level and those prescribed to the School Management Committee.

    » Policy Compliance: Ensures that all school systems and processes comply with the guidelines specified by the Government of Sindh and TCF.

    » Staff Recruitment: Works with principals and CM for school staff recruitment and retention, appraisal and feedback.


    » Professional degree in Education


    » 3-5 years of experience in administrative management of a school / cluster of schools in the public or private sector.

    » Understanding of the public sector education landscape and experience working with / within the sector

    » Demonstrated experience in working with multiple stakeholders in building and managing relationships
