     Leadership
    • Strengthening the principals
    • Conducting Schools visits 16 – 18 days per month
    • Planning and developing strategies for school and area improvement (SIP & AIP) and ensuring meaningful implementation of Head Office procedures and policies.
    • Monitoring and ensuring continuous improvement in APR and AMR / Board results. Guide and monitor the implementation of the same at school level.
    • Prepare strategic plan for the achievement and improvement of individual school. Liaise actively with Education – HO, Regional Manager and School Managers to achieve the smooth coordination and running of TCF schools.
    • Implementing educational policies and new initiatives
    • Maintaining self-collected data and school visit forms on the SMS.
    • Acting as a mentor for faculty; handle all schools’/principals’ issues and grievances for better staffing, employee engagement and overall friendly atmosphere of the area.
    • Scholarships for students.

     Academics
    • Providing feedback and review on syllabus, textbooks and guides
    • Supporting co-curricular activities in schools
    • Monitoring exams to ensure integrity of the process
    • Maintaining liaison on a regular basis with relevant boards

     Administration
    • Recommending re-allocation of teachers within area.
    • Providing academic feedback on Principal appraisals & participants in annual appraisal exercise.
    • Supporting donor related educational activities.
    • Proficient administrative running of TCF schools in coordination with school principals
    • Manage relationship with the community for smooth running of the schools.
    • Plan and implement capacity building programs for faculty and operations team of the region. Provide assistance, train and evaluate faculty staff to achieve their KPIs (Key performance indicators) and is responsible for the overall performance of schools at regional level.
    • Communicate requirements of schools to region while acting as a bridge
    • Provide logistic support and efficient transportation means to faculty.
    • Ensure that maintenance & repair of school premises are up-to-date.
    • Actively participate in the formulation of training content with HO-Education team.
    • Provide supervision and guidance during Inset, Preset and any other specially designed training programs for the faculty and regional team.
    • Ensure timely Academic demands & supplies, practical usage and implication of records as required.

     Teaching Skills
    • Conducting 1-2 classroom observations per teacher per year in her schools
    • Performing principal- and teacher-specific TNA and analyzing needs
    • Attending and facilitating in training sessions; identifying master trainers

     Parental Interest
    • Maintaining liaison with parents / community


    Bachelor’s / Master’s in Education from a reputed institution preferable


    At least 3 years of experience as a head teacher / academic leader for a B.Ed. For M.Ed., at least 2 years of experience

    Required Skills

    • Organizes for meticulous implementation of school policies and processes related to education.
    • Maintains quality relationships with the school principals and teachers, the Regional Education Manager, regional and head office staff and has the conviction and wherewithal to push for improvement
    • Has strong command over written and verbal communication, in both English and Urdu
    • Able to identify, measure and manage good talent at schools.
    • Able to analyze trends, identify issues and develop a coherent strategy to address them
    • Has basic Arithmetic and computer skills to document, interpret and present data in a clear manner
    • Proficient in TCF’s “School Management System”
    • Leadership and strong people management skills
    • Analytical and operational skills
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
