    • To handle the budget preparation exercise
    • To be able to track budget lines, and help in forecasting function
    • To confirm the status of budget on new construction and maintenance requisitions.
    • To release monthly variance reporting/ help in streamlining this function
    • To handle and manage Real Estate Data / information, and regular update the records.
    • To keep close liaison with other finance staff for recording of lands in the books of accounts, duly reconciled at all times.
    • To help keep safe custody of original title documents of Real Estate
    • To liaise with Surveyor for the evaluation of lands at fair value
    • To initiate and handle the SOP exercise every two years
    • To assist in grants related reporting
    • To be able to assist in any other related assignment/ project


    Part Qualified CA / ACCA


    2-3 years of relevant experience

    Required Skills

    • Good accounting background
    • Good command in MS office package especially advanced level in MS Excel.
    • Good communication skills
    • Being a tech savvy would be an advantage.
