    . Develop a curriculum framework drawing upon international best practices in EFL instruction. All subsequent curriculum development efforts will be anchored in this document.
    . Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of English language instruction at TCF to evaluate the current syllabus vis-à-vis the curriculum framework; this would entail observation of classrooms, focus group sessions with students and teachers and seeking feedback from experienced educators as external evaluators.
    . Develop a set of quality, engaging, student-centric III-VIII resources for English language instruction, drawing upon proven English language instructional approaches in EFL/ESL instruction from international contexts and best practices from the local context.
    . Work closely with the Graphic designers in determining an overarching theme to the books including the development of original characters, scenarios, narratives and stories.
    . Design and develop high quality e-learning content to improve teacher content knowledge.
    . Research innovative modes of instructional delivery and pedagogical practices to transfer concepts to different types of learners.
    Maintain a strong connect with the intended users of the resources: students and teachers.
    . Test sample lessons in real-time with students and use feedback from this exercise for improvement of content before roll out to schools.
    . Develop a mode of assessment of curricular resources and instruments for evaluation that will inform future improvements in the course-pack.
    . Collaborate with multiple departments on a range of projects related to the development of curriculum, student learning outcomes, testing and similar activities.


    Bachelor’s degree (preferably English Language, Literacy or Linguistics)
    English Teaching certifications like TEFL, TESOL are preferred.


    2-3 years in teaching, training or curriculum development.

    . Strong communication skills  Ability to plan and organize activities within strict
    . Ability to read and critically analyze data and situations.
    . Ability to research and collate information.
    . Expertise with Microsoft Office .
    . Strong advisor/partnering skills to work effectively with designers and program
    . Passion to stay current on educational content and teaching methods.
