    KRA: Recruitment Pool Management
    • Updating current & designing new recruiting procedures/leads and processing/tracking job submissions.
    • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting ) and engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
    • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure
    • Manage recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruiting campaigns
    • Create candidate persona for open positions, conduct initial screenings, interviews and refer qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews.
    • Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection of our company
    • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire etc.)

    KRA: Pre-Selection Assessment
    • Facilitating in the design of assessments
    • Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
    • Participating in execution of Assessment centers
    • Ensure the provision of accurate statistics and records is maintained {AC candidates}
    • Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates

    KRA: Compensation & Benefits
    • Assessing the organization’s pay structure
    • Analyze data through salary surveys and make compensation policies aligned with legislative regulations
    • Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
    • Determine pay rates for different job roles based on knowledge and skills required
    • Carrying out the evaluation and analysis of all job positions acquired by the company, evaluating all management and subordinate positions for competitive salary analysis, and formulating the complete structure of salary and benefits appropriate for the position
    • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements

    KRA: Initial Orientation & Onboarding
    • Assist in formulating orientation / onboarding policies
    • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
    • Conducting benefit enrollment process (Medical Insurance & etc.)

    KRA: Special Projects
    • Assist Manager TA for hiring employees timely & facilitate in developing outreach strategies

    2 years Atleast

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office (especially excel), Internet etc.)
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Job boards & etc.
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
