    • Execute and manage four major volunteer programs
    • Assess programs strategically from time to time in order to ensure robustness
    • Recruit volunteers year-round according to established quality standards through social media, corporate organizations and referrals
    • Provide impeccable back office support in logistics and administration during the programs execution
    • Liaison with executive volunteers and operations team to plan and execute the programs as per the calendar
    • Work towards programs expansion to other cities on TCF radar
    • Track programs’ feedback to asses effectiveness.


    Bachelor’s in business, management or a relevant field


    3-5 year of work experience

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
    • Effective communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
    • Good analytical ability and organizational skills
