    • Ensure quality in education at TCF schools through effective implementation of educational policy & procedures guidelines set by HO
    • Be an active member of EMC by identifying educational issues and solutions
    • Coordinate and manage all standard and on-going trainings
    • Assess and report Training Impact in schools
    • Ensure new hires attend PRESET within 45 days of recruitment & repeat as per procedure
    • Evaluate principals’ performance biannually on specified criteria and develop (update and send to HO-HR quarterly) Improvement Plans for Weak Principals. Performance updates to be sent to HO-HR as per process
    • Conduct biannual TNA for principals and send report to HO Training Team
    • Develop and conduct (partially) trainings for principals with HO Training Team

    • Ensure continuation and regular improvement in areas of
    o Enrollment
    o Average Percentage Results (APR)
    o Examination Board Results
    • Support principals to develop and implement School improvement Plans (SIP)
    • Visit schools at least twice in an academic session
    o Visitation frequency to increase for weak schools

    • Understand policies and procedures; and ensure implementation through classroom observation, support for improvement and feedback to staff

    • Train principals to conduct PRESET for all new hires from annual recruitment and in-between academic session
    • Conduct training needs analysis on biannual basis
    • Supervise execution of TNA based trainings year round in coordination with HO and on regional level
    • Develop and send to HO reports on implementation of various training plans

    • Support and monitor conduct of centralized examinations in schools guiding principals and subsequent follow up activities
    • Provide qualitative input during principals’ evaluation and ranking supported through data summary of School Visit Forms and APR and enrollment targets
    • Provide inputs to HR on matters relating to staff promotions, terminations etc.

    • Support and coordinate donor related activities in schools


    Masters Degree


    At least 6+ years relevant work experience in areas of teaching, teacher-training, leadership and management
