    • Filing and digitizing of all the documents receive after verification of digitizing.
    • Make new files and folders of all the new hired staff on time and update all the closed files record.
    • Verification of active files with reference to current staff reports and inform concerned officer if any ambiguity found in form of a list.
    • Updation of files by mentioning personnel, transfer and salary details.
    • Mail receiving, entry and scouting for further process daily
    • Mail dispatching after approval including photocopies daily
    • Filing & track of documents/ follow-ups
    • Digitizing and compiling monthly staff figures
    • Reports assistance
    • Follow-ups with Area offices on various demands
    • Update CV database
    • Updating of various records
    • Urdu drafting whenever required.
    • Provide figures and data for annual budgeting/ Performance Appraisal.




    At least 2+ Years of experience

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent typing skills in Urdu and English
