TCF College Students Enthrall Audience at their First Annual Day!


The TCF College held its first ever Annual day on the 24th of December 2016 where the students got an opportunity to express their many talents through a meticulously planned and executed event. The students mesmerized the audience with their speeches, plays and singing abilities. Later, the audience, comprised of TCF staff, donors and supporters, were taken on a tour of the college facilities where they also witnessed various artistic creations by the students.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Riaz Kamlani, VP Outcomes, TCF, apprised the audience about the concept and the underlying thought process guiding the TCF College project. He said: ‘We are aiming to build a top quality institution, recruiting the best of TCF, ensuring that they receive quality Intermediate education, helping them secure admissions into top-rated Universities. Additionally, we are also focused on the grooming and personality development of our students.’

The students gave their own renditions of various speeches by renowned world leaders, writers and change makers. They received enthusiastic applause and acknowledgement when they reenacted the now world famous speeches of the Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Martin Luther King, Mark Antony and Malala Yousufzai. These were delivered by Atif Ansari, Basharat Ali, Shazia Kanwal and Kainat Afshan respectively. To lighten the mood, Zakirullah delivered Mushtaq Ahmed Yousufi’s humorous passage. This was followed by a reenactment of the famous Urdu Play ‘Taleem-e-Balighan’. To wrap up the performances, the rendered a classical version of the National Anthem, as taught by Asif Ali Sinan, a renowned musician and singer.
