Thank you for your interest for the Baghbaan Summer Internship Programme! Your passion for education and your drive to make a difference are exactly what we need to provide quality education to deserving children in Pakistan.

Baghbaan Summer Internship Programme is TCF’s volunteer initiative for the youth aged 15 – 25 who want to transform lives through advocacy and action. Pakistan has the world’s second-highest number of out-of-school children. As a Baghbaan Intern, you’ll be a champion for these children by raising awareness about this crisis and raising funds to bring them into TCF classrooms.


At a Glance:
Duration: July – August 2026
Time Commitment : 8-10 hours per week
Eligibility: Age 15-25 years. (Students of Schools , Colleges and Universities and overseas students.)
Format: Hybrid (community meetups, events, and independent initiatives)

Your Role as a Baghbaan Ambassador
✓ Raise Awareness – Share TCF’s mission and educate others about Pakistan’s education emergency.
✓ Raise Funds –Talk to your community (family, friends, colleagues etc.), run fundraising campaigns, and help sponsor children’s education.
 Lead with Purpose – Develop as a servant leader and become an agents of positive change in the community.

Note: This is not a teaching or career counseling role. Baghbaan Ambassadors focus on advocacy, awareness, and fundraising.
